Shipping Policy
All materials are shipped F.O.B. factory.
Our title to the material will cease once the freight company has received the merchandise in good condition. All claims for damage or shortages must be filed with the carrier. We are willing to help you in any way we can, however we are not responsible for filing, collecting or replacement of the merchandise
Return Policy
No merchandise can be returned without prior return goods authorization (R.G.A.) from Pars Lighting Products Company.
Request for return must be made within 10 days of shipment.
Special cut and custom items can not be returned.
There is a 25% Restocking charge on all returned items.
